✨ What we missed and how to remember it

Yesterday I shared with you that rest alone isn’t enough. And maybe you recognized yourself in those words - rushing through life, craving restoration, but never really feeling it land.

Here’s why this happens.

In our earliest years, we are meant to learn wholeness through being held.
Through softening, landing, and trusting that someone’s got us.
Through the felt sense of: “I am enough as I am, without the need to do anything more.”

But for so many of us, that experience was interrupted.

👉 Maybe you were asked to be independent too soon.
👉 Maybe the world around you wasn’t steady enough to lean on.
👉 Maybe your system learned that letting go wasn’t safe.
👉 Maybe you were told “yes, but you could do better.”
👉 Maybe you were silenced, asked to be a “good girl,” to obey, to hide your truth.

So we grew into women who are excellent at holding everything… but not at releasing it.
Women who know how to manage, achieve, and care for everyone else, but not how to feel supported themselves.

This is why, even on holidays, even in a spa, even when everything should feel relaxing, your body keeps bracing. Rest slips through your fingers, because it doesn’t feel safe to truly soften.

But here’s the medicine: what we missed back then can be re-learned now. The experience of being held isn’t gone forever.

Let me share something very personal.

This week, my daughter started a new school. It was a big transition - new teachers, new students, new environment - and she held it all together all day long. She managed, she learned, she listened, she connected. It took so much from her.

And then in the evening, she would keep it together until bedtime… when she finally felt safe enough to let go. She cried, shared her fears, her overwhelm. And we didn’t fix her, we didn’t convince her otherwise, we didn’t explain it away. We simply held her.

And something magical happened: after being seen and received in her sadness, she shifted by herself. She began to remember her own strength. She saw the good moments. She imagined how she could go back tomorrow, ask for support, and hold her feelings of homesickness.

We didn’t have to tell her. She already knew. Because she is whole.

She didn’t need us to fix her. She needed us to hold her.

✨ This is the power of being held. The medicine. The magic. The healing.

Inside the Feminine Flow of Remembrance, we rebuild this foundation step by step:

  • Safe & Sacred – feeling fully present and supported, without needing to hold it all.
  • Presence – slowing down enough to arrive in your body.
  • Embodied Awareness – meeting old stories with compassion and creating new ones.
  • Remembrance – awakening your voice, expressing your truth, remembering your worth.
  • Feminine Way – shifting from striving into softness, intuition, and cyclical wisdom.
  • Embodiment – living as your divine essence, whole and enough.

This is not about “doing more.”
It’s about receiving what you’ve always longed for.
It’s about remembering the part of you that has always been whole.

We begin with our Opening Ceremony on Sunday, August 31st. By the time we close on November 30th, your body will not only know rest, it will know safety, presence, and wholeness.
