I had first planned to write every day for 8 days… but I realized that might feel like too much. And this work is not about forcing, it’s about adapting, tuning in, listening. That’s what I want to model here for you and with you. This past week has been intense in many ways, and in the middle of it all, we were met with a New Moon in Virgo, the opening of a powerful eclipse season. As you know, I love working with the moon. Not as an astrologer, nor an expert, but through my own intuition. She reminds us of something so simple, so ancient, so true: we are cyclical beings. I began with the Full Moon, and then opened to the whole cycle. I started to notice how much it mirrored my own rhythm: And this was a huge shift for me. Suddenly, my energy was more consistent. I was achieving more, by doing less. Not because I had a new strategy, but because I was no longer fighting my natural rhythm. Now, I know many of you are in demanding jobs, some of you are on the pill, in peri- ( 🙋🏻♀️) or menopause, or don’t have a cycle anymore. And that’s all okay. This isn’t about tracking perfectly or “doing more.” This is about opening your heart with curiosity. About remembering that, no matter what, the moon and the seasons are always reflecting this wisdom back to you. You carry it within you, whether you follow it consciously or not. Whether you can live by int or not. As a mother to a daughter, this is the gift I want to give her. To show her that her cycle is not just about “getting pregnant,” but about power, creativity, intuition, and wholeness. To let her see me living with love, curiosity, and safety in my own rhythm, so she grows up knowing this wisdom is hers too. This is her birthright. Even if you’re not cycling. Even if you’re not a mother. Even if you're rising boys. Even if life has told you to ignore or suppress it. This magic still lives inside you. It is not “woo-woo.” It is real. It is ancient. It is yours. And when you reconnect with it, you come home. This is the Feminine Way. And it’s one of the pillars we explore inside the Feminine Flow of Remembrance. Together, we learn to live aligned with our own rhythms, not pushing, forcing, or proving, but flowing, softening, and remembering our wholeness. We begin with our Opening Ceremony on Sunday, August 31st. Click here to join the Feminine Flow of Remembrance This is your invitation to step into the rhythm that was always yours. |
